Rule 38
Inspection and repair of power lines
:
(1) If a notice is received in accordance with Rule 37, the person who has received the permit shall act as soon as possible to eliminate the danger by technical means.
(2) Even if the notice according to sub-rule (1) is not received, the person who has received the permit shall have the electrical technician inspect and repair the power line connected to the customer within the area where he distributes electricity, and maintain protective arrangements from time to time.
